Return Window
We accept returns on unused, unopened candles within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@stogiecandles.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1—2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5—7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Exchanges
Want a different scent? We're happy to exchange unused, unopened candles within 30 days. Contact us to arrange an exchange and we'll cover the return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge no need to return the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used candles, gift sets that have been partially used, and items purchased during final sale events are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift Returns
If you received a Stogie Candle as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, contact us with the order number (if available) and we'll do our best to help.
